Why is my sliding door so hard to open?
Worn rollers are the most common cause. They wear out like tires, and near the water and city grit of New York they can go in a few years. Once they flatten out the door drags and can start chewing up the track, so it is worth catching early. Cleaning and lube alone rarely fix rollers that are already worn.
Can you come out same-day?
